Advance Portland Advisory Committee
Portland City Council directed the creation of an external advisory committee to advise on implementation and monitor progress for Advance Portland.
Commissioner Carmen Rubio nominated and convened the Advance Portland Advisory Committee in September 2023.
The primary goal of the Advisory Committee is to shape and advise implementation of Advance Portland; identify impediments; advocate for resources; and to monitor progress of key actions in the adopted plan.
